Shipping policy

Shipping prices are fixed according to a combination of destination, parcel size and weight, and shipping speed service. For multiple orders with the same destination, I will combine in the same parcel when appropriate, and refund any shipping overages paid. Applicable import fees/duties/tariffs, and carrier brokerage fees are all the buyer's responsibility and are not collected on my shop at checkout.

All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or an alternative carrier in the case of a postal strike. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the tracking information you received when your purchase was shipped.

US-bound orders are shipped from Canada via ChitChats as they are able to process items with the best chance at delivery with tariff-exemption. Please note that there is no guarantee of tariff-exemption by US CBP, and you are accepting the responsibility of paying the tariff when you purchase through my store. You may receive an invoice for tariffs weeks or months after delivery.
