Refund policy

All Return and Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, so please message me if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. But for transparency, these general rules apply:

All items must be returned in original condition, within 10 days, in order to qualify for a refund. Repackaging your item to ensure it reaches me with minimal chances of breakage during transit is essential. If the item arrives to me broken, I cannot issue a refund. Shipping charges, applicable import fees/duties/tariffs, and carrier brokerage fees are all the buyer's responsibility.
